Banfield Pet Hospital is seeking a Veterinary Practice Manager to lead hospital operations and develop a high-performing team. The role partners with the chief of staff to drive business results and deliver exceptional client and patient experiences.

You’ll oversee staffing, education, budgeting, and daily processes to sustain growth while advancing staff development and provider support. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least three years of supervisory experience in healthcare,

• Three years related experience required (health care, veterinary profession, service industry, etc.), including direct supervisory experience.
