Banfield Pet Hospital is seeking a Veterinary Practice Manager to oversee day-to-day hospital operations and support the medical team in delivering exceptional veterinary care. You will drive business results while developing associates and maintaining an engaging team environment.

You will coordinate budgeting, scheduling, staff development, and cross-functional collaboration with hospital leadership and corporate partners to optimize growth and service quality.

Qualifications

• Three years related experience in health care, veterinary profession, or service industry.
• Direct supervisory experience (hiring, associate development, etc.).
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline preferred, or equivalent experience.

Responsabilités

• Assist Chief of Staff in day-to-day operations to enable the medical team to deliver high-quality veterinary care.
• Develop associates and foster an engaging team environment.
• Ensure clients and patients have a positive experience during visits to the hospital.
• Educate associates on Banfield guidelines and practices.
• Budget and plan for the hospital; support daily operations and staff.
• Schedule associates and coordinate time off; manage continuing education needs.
