• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related discipline preferred.
• Three years of related experience, including direct supervisory experience.
• Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills, problem solving, conflict‑management experience, and leadership and analytical know‑how.

Responsibilities

• Interview, hire and develop associates.
• Evaluate the hospital’s processes, progress and productivity.
• Train associates on client education about wellness plans, preventive care, and hospital services.
• Educate associates on Banfield guidelines and practices.
• Budget and plan for the hospital.
• Support daily operations and staff.
• Schedule associates, coordinate time off and manage continuing education needs.
• Support overall mission of delivering high quality veterinary care.
