You will help optimize growth, educate clients on wellness plans, coordinate budgeting, and support staff scheduling while leveraging educational opportunities for career progression.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Three years of related experience with direct supervisory duties.
• Experience in health care, veterinary, or service industries is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Interview, hire and develop associates and manage staffing.
• Evaluate hospital processes, progress and productivity.
• Educate clients about wellness plans and hospital services.
• Budget and plan for the hospital and support daily operations.
