You will collaborate with the veterinary medical team, field leadership, and corporate headquarters to drive growth and deliver excellent client and patient experiences, with opportunities for ongoing education.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Three years related experience required, including direct supervisory experience.
• Experience in health care or veterinary-related supervisory roles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Educate associates on Banfield guidelines and practices.
• Budget and plan for the hospital.
• Support daily operations and staff.
• Schedule associates, coordinate time off and manage continuing education needs.
