Job summary

Banfield Pet Hospital in the United States is seeking a Veterinary Practice Manager to oversee day-to-day hospital operations, enabling the medical team to focus on delivering high-quality veterinary care.

You will lead and develop associates, manage budgets and staffing, and collaborate with clinical and corporate teams to drive growth while ensuring a positive client and patient experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related discipline preferred.
• Three years related experience required, including direct supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Interviewing, hiring and developing associates, to evaluating the hospital’s processes, progress and productivity.
• Our Practice Managers also train associates on how to educate clients about Optimum Wellness Plans, preventive care, pet health needs and hospital services.
• You will also be responsible for budgeting and planning for the hospital, supporting daily operations and staff, and scheduling associates.
