Banfield Pet Hospital is seeking a Practice Manager to oversee day-to-day hospital operations and lead a team of veterinary professionals. You will partner with the chief of staff to ensure high-quality care while driving business results and delivering a positive client and patient experience.

You’ll manage interviewing, hiring, coaching, budgeting and scheduling, with opportunities for professional development and a supportive leadership structure across field, corporate and hospital teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline preferred, or the equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

Responsibilities

• Interviewing, hiring and developing associates.
• Evaluating the hospital’s processes, progress and productivity.
• Educating clients about Optimum Wellness Plans and hospital services.
• Budgeting and planning for the hospital.
• Scheduling associates, coordinating time off and continuing education needs.
