Banfield Pet Hospital is seeking a Veterinary Practice Manager to lead day-to-day operations and drive business results while fostering an engaging team environment. You will partner with senior leadership to ensure a positive client and patient experience, train associates, and support growth initiatives across the hospital.

You should bring a Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline and at least three years of supervisory experience, including hiring and team development.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; or equivalent education/experience.
• Three years related supervisory experience in health care or veterinary setting.
• Experience hiring, developing associates and evaluating processes.
