Banfield Pet Hospital is seeking a Veterinary Practice Manager to lead day-to-day operations, enabling the medical team to deliver high-quality care. You’ll drive business results, develop associates, and foster an engaging team environment while collaborating with stakeholders across the organization.

Required education is a Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline, with at least three years of related supervisory experience.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline preferred, or the equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• Three years related experience required (health care, veterinary profession, service industry, etc.), including direct supervisory experience.

• Interviewing, hiring and developing associates and evaluating the hospital’s processes, progress and productivity.
• Educate clients about Optimum Wellness Plans, preventive care and hospital services.
