Banfield Pet Hospital is seeking a Veterinary Practice Manager to lead day-to-day hospital operations and drive client and patient experience. You will partner with leadership to optimize growth, manage budgets, and develop a high-performing team dedicated to quality veterinary care.

You’ll oversee staffing, training, and processes while ensuring alignment with The Five Principles and corporate standards. A bachelor’s degree and supervisory experience are required.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• Three years related supervisory experience (includes hiring, associate development).

Mansioni

• Interviewing, hiring and developing associates.
• Evaluating the hospital’s processes, progress and productivity.
• Educating clients about Optimum Wellness Plans, preventive care and hospital services.
• Scheduling associates and coordinating time off; managing continuing education needs.
