Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in a veterinary or healthcare setting.
• CVPM, CVBL and/or healthcare administration degree preferred but not required.
• Experience in P&L management and financial analysis is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Staff Management: supervise and lead all practice staff and manage recruitment, onboarding, and performance.
• Financial Management: oversee budgeting, billing, expenses, and accounts receivable with regular reporting.
• Client Relations: coach team to deliver exceptional client service and address feedback promptly.
• Operations Management: ensure daily activities run smoothly including inventory and scheduling.
• Marketing & Community Relations: implement marketing strategies and engage with the community.
• Compliance & Regulatory Adherence: ensure OSHA and applicable laws are followed; maintain records.
