AmeriVet is seeking a Practice Manager for Gentle Care Pet Clinic in Long Beach. You will oversee day-to-day operations, lead veterinary staff, manage finances, and drive client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3–5 years of managerial experience in a veterinary or healthcare setting.
• CVPM, CVBL and/or a bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration preferred but not required.
• Demonstrated experience with P&L management and financial analysis.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead all practice staff including technicians and receptionists.
• Oversee budgeting, billing and expense management; drive financial goals.
• Build strong client relationships and ensure outstanding service.
• Manage inventory, scheduling, policies, and compliance with regulations.
• Coordinate marketing efforts and community outreach to grow client base.
• Ensure daily operations run smoothly and staff adheres to safety and quality standards.
