Companion Animal Hospital is seeking a Practice Manager to oversee daily operations, staff leadership, and financial performance. You will collaborate with veterinarians to deliver high-quality patient care and exceptional client service while driving growth and efficiency.

The role requires 3–5 years in a managerial setting, preferably in veterinary practice or healthcare, with experience in P&L management and a degree in healthcare administration or related field.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in a veterinary practice or healthcare setting.
• CVPM, CVBL and/or a bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration or other relevant areas are preferred but not required.
• Demonstrated experience in P&L management and financial analysis is preferred.
• Veterinary Technician experience

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and supervise staff.
• Lead financial operations including budgeting and billing.
• Drive client relations and ensure exceptional service.
• Manage inventory, scheduling, and equipment maintenance.
• Develop and implement growth and marketing initiatives.
