Hometown Veterinary Partners is hiring a Practice Manager to lead hospital operations and support clinical teams. You will supervise staff, coordinate workflows, manage budgets, and ensure safety and compliance while delivering an exceptional client and patient experience.

You will partner with leadership to drive culture, collaboration, and community at the practice, while mentoring team members and implementing process improvements across the hospital.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of management experience.
• 3–5 years veterinary experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, supervise, and perform hospital administration tasks.
• Train staff, order supplies, manage staffing, safety, and security.
• Ensure licenses are up to date and facility compliance with regulations.
• Support budgeting and financial oversight and growth initiatives.
