North Oatlands Animal Hospital in Leesburg, VA is seeking a full-time Practice Manager to lead our team of veterinarians, technicians and support staff. You will oversee day-to-day operations, drive staffing and training, and uphold outstanding client and patient care.

The role emphasizes strong business acumen, HR functions, and process improvements, with a salary range of $70K-$105K depending on experience. Schedule is Monday–Friday, with comprehensive benefits and staff discounts for pets.

Qualifications

• Management experience in a veterinary setting.
• Business degree or CVPM preferred.
• Comfortable working on the floor, both back and up front.
• Experience executing clinical HR functions, including SOPs, evaluations, and disciplinary action.
• Ability to quickly learn and utilize our practice management system, ImproMed.

North Oatlands Animal Hospital is seeking a full-time Practice Manager to provide leadership and structure to our team of veterinarians, technicians, and support staff. With a solid understanding of the veterinary industry, and prior experience overseeing the clinics operations, you'll be responsible for leading with clarity, managing multiple priorities, and contributing directly to the ongoing excellence of the clinic and the well-being of the animals we care for.
