Job summary

Highland’s Pet Medical Clinic is seeking a Practice Manager to lead daily operations, financial performance, and client satisfaction. Reporting to the Regional Director of Operations, you will partner with the Managing Doctor to grow the business while protecting the practice legacy.

You will guide teams across HR, marketing, budgeting, and IT, ensuring compliance, efficient scheduling, and high-quality patient care in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Full-time, on-site with weekend availability.
• Strong leadership and staff development experience.
• Knowledge of payroll, invoicing, vendor management, and budgets.
• Excellent communication and client service skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial performance and revenue growth.
• Manage expenses including pharmacy, supplies, labor, and facility.
• Ensure proper inventory and pricing with MDVM collaboration.
• Develop and monitor performance reports to drive improvements.
• Lead practice operations, HR, marketing, strategy, and IT management.
• Coordinate with Heartland Recruiting to fill openings.
