Veterinary Medical Center of Woodland Hills seeks an experienced Practice Manager to oversee daily operations, staff, and financial performance. You will work with veterinarians to deliver high-quality patient care, while driving growth and ensuring outstanding client service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of managerial experience, preferably in veterinary or healthcare settings.
• CVPM, CVBL and/or a bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration preferred but not required.
• Demonstrated experience in P&L management and financial analysis.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead all practice staff, recruit, train and manage performance.
• Oversee budgeting, billing and expense management with regular reporting.
• Lead client service excellence and maintain high-quality patient care.
• Ensure smooth daily operations: inventory, scheduling, supplies, maintenance.
• Execute marketing strategies and community outreach to grow clients.
• Ensure compliance with veterinary regs, safety, and confidentiality.
