Job summary

WellHaven Pet Health in Bonney Lake, WA, seeks a Practice Manager to lead the hospital under the Principal Doctor. You will oversee operations, budgeting, and staff development while delivering top-tier veterinary care and client service.

You will manage schedules, training, safety, licensing compliance, and community outreach, partnering with leadership to drive profitability and growth. This onsite role requires 40+ hours weekly, with potential for additional shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Associate degree or higher in a related field preferred (business management).
• CVPM/CVPA certification is a plus; veterinary hospital experience preferred.
• Experience supervising teams in veterinary or health-related settings is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead hospital operations under the Principal Doctor to ensure care quality and client service.
• Develop annual plans, budgets, and productivity targets with leadership.
• Train and coach staff; manage HR activities and compliance.
• Oversee schedules, safety, licenses, and community outreach efforts.
• Drive profitability and maintain WellHaven policies and regulatory compliance.
