Job summary

WellHaven Pet Health in Renton, WA seeks a Practice Manager to lead hospital operations, drive profitability, and ensure top-tier veterinary care and client service. You will collaborate with the Principal Doctor to optimize workflows, coach staff, manage budgets, and plan community outreach.

The role requires strong leadership, budgeting acumen, and experience in a hospital or veterinary setting, with CVPM/CVPA considered a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Associate degree or higher in business management or related discipline.
• WellHaven hospital experience and/or supervisor/manager experience in veterinary medicine or health-related industry (preferred).
• CVPM or CVPA certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Principal Doctor to uphold the WellHaven brand with high-quality veterinary care and service.
• Maximize hospital efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
• Oversee and train employees in professional client service and wellness education.
• Develop annual plans, budgets, and productivity targets in partnership with leadership.
• Manage licenses, scheduling, cash control, inventory, and compliance.
