Job summary

WellHaven Pet Health is seeking a Practice Manager in the Bonney Lake, WA area to lead hospital operations, ensure top-tier veterinary care, and drive profitability. You will supervise staff, manage budgets, and coordinate with the Principal Doctor to align goals with the WellHaven brand and client service standards.

You will oversee HR functions, training, scheduling, and community outreach while maintaining compliance with safety and licensing requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a veterinary or health-related team.
• Strong budgeting, planning, and hospital productivity skills.
• Proven ability to coach and develop staff and manage conflicts.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Principal Doctor to uphold brand and deliver quality patient care.
• Increase hospital efficiency, productivity, and profitability through management.
• Oversee staff training, onboarding, coaching, and development.
• Manage HR activities including recruiting, benefits, and performance plans.
• Develop annual plans, budgets, and productivity targets with leadership.
• Ensure charting, licenses, and compliance meet quality standards.
• Lead team meetings and implement effective internal communications.
