Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates degree in related field preferred or equivalent experience.
• CVPM or veterinary management certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Principal Doctor to uphold the Wellhaven brand by providing care and service to patients and clients.
• Maximize hospital efficiency and profitability through effective management practices.
• Oversee and train staff in delivering professional, efficient client service and educate clients about wellness plans and preventive care.
• Address and resolve conflicts involving clients or employees.
• Lead recruiting, coaching, and development of staff to meet hospital goals.
• Develop annual plans, budgets, and productivity targets with leadership.
