Job summary

Pets Best Insurance Services, LLC is seeking a Director, Veterinary & Pet Distribution who will own the strategy, growth, and performance of the veterinary and broader pet distribution channel. This leader will secure new partnerships and scale existing alliances with veterinary practice groups, practice management software providers, pet services, and industry stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 7+ years experience in business development, partnerships, or distribution.
• Proven success building affinity distribution channels.
• Experience managing and developing direct reports.
• Strong negotiation skills with commercial and commission-based deals.
• Highly analytical with data-driven decision making.
• Excellent executive communication—written and verbal.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Define and own end-to-end veterinary and pet distribution strategy.
• Establish multi-year growth plans with NBW targets and partner penetration goals.
• Negotiate strategic partnerships and enterprise-level deals including terms and integrations.
• Build and maintain executive-level relationships with partners and stakeholders.
• Drive performance through joint business planning, reviews, and optimization.
• Lead cross-functional GTM with partner marketing and sales enablement.
