Pet Meadow in Georgia is seeking an energetic inside sales specialist to drive outreach to veterinary clinics, book meetings for the field team, and contribute to our growth into new markets.

You will hit daily activity targets, manage calls and emails, and nurture relationships from first contact through handoff to outside sales. Join a mission-driven team with incentives tied to clinic sign-ups and market expansion.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to perform high-volume outbound calls and persuasive emails.
• Several years of client engagement and appointment-setting experience.
• Strong relationship-building and rapport skills.
• Comfort with CRM-based workflows and data tracking.
• Organized, tech-savvy, and goal-driven.
• Able to represent the company in person at events.

• Support special sales initiatives and projects as the company scales into new markets.

What You’ll Do:

• Drive inside sales outreach to veterinary clinics, generating interest and booking meetings for the outside sales team.
• Hit daily activity targets across calls, emails, and follow-ups to keep the sales pipeline full.
• Build early-stage relationships with prospective clinics and serve as a consistent point of contact through the handoff to outside sales.
• Run targeted email and drip campaigns to nurture leads and re-engage prospects over time.
• Partner closely with the sales team to support quarterly growth goals and market expansion.
• Represent Pet Meadow at trade shows and industry events, engaging prospects and strengthening brand presence.
• Support special sales initiatives and projects as the company scales into new markets.
• Other duties as assigned

What You Bring:

• Confidence making high-volume outbound calls and writing persuasive emails.
• Strong sales background with several years of experience in client engagement and setting up appointments.
• Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to establish rapport quickly.
• Comfort working in a CRM environment (Zoho CRM a plus).
• Organized, tech-savvy, and motivated by activity-driven goals and results.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, in-person environment and representing the company externally.
