Job summary

Ethos Veterinary Health is seeking an Operations Support Manager to oversee the Nashville and Clarksville, TN veterinary hospitals’ facilities, equipment readiness, and safety programs. This role requires coordinating maintenance, vendor services, and basic IT support to ensure continuous, safe operations in a 24/7 environment.

You will collaborate with hospital leadership, manage available resources, and support operational improvements across both locations, including after-hours

Qualifications

• Associate degree or related education preferred.
• Hands-on maintenance experience and proficiency with tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage multi-site facilities operations: develop, maintain, and document preventive maintenance schedules across Nashville and Clarksville hospitals.
• Coordinate facility services and repairs to minimize disruption to 24/7 operations.
• Maintain medical equipment readiness including preventive maintenance, calibration, and repairs.
• Support hospital safety and life-safety readiness through checks and drills.
• Provide basic IT support and coordinate access control updates for new staff.
• Escalate cybersecurity or clinical-system issues to authorized IT resources as needed.
• Manage vendor quotes, scopes of work, and project tracking for facility improvements.
• Communicate facility and equipment concerns to leadership and respond to after-hours emergencies.
