Job summary

NVA General Practice is seeking a Regional Manager of Ops to provide operational leadership across a portfolio of veterinary hospitals in the assigned territory. You will guide hospital leaders, drive financial and operational performance, and partner with Medical Operations to implement SOC and initiatives.

In this mid-level leadership role, you will coach teams, translate strategy into action using data analytics, manage cross-functional partnerships, and travel up to 80% to support sites.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of multi-site business operations experience is required.
• Veterinary / animal health or human health management experience is a plus.
• Willingness to travel up to approximately 80% of the time.
• Strong time management and organizational capability; ability to balance multiple priorities at once.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership to veterinary hospitals within the territory, ensuring alignment with NVA standards, initiatives, and business goals.
• Serve as the primary liaison between hospital leadership and the NVA Support Center to ensure consistent communication and execution of priorities.
• Analyze financial performance and operational metrics to identify trends and drive profitability.
• Develop action plans and track performance metrics to monitor progress against goals and report results to leadership.
• Ensure hospital leaders are trained in NVA financial and operational systems, processes, and reports.
