Qualifications

• 4+ years of multi-site operations experience.
• Veterinary or healthcare management background is a plus.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership to a portfolio of veterinary hospitals, ensuring alignment with NVA standards and goals.
• Serve as the primary liaison between hospital leadership and the Support Center to ensure priorities are executed.
• Analyze financial performance and operational metrics to identify trends and drive profitability.
• Develop action plans and monitor progress against goals with leadership.
