Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business (or related field).
• Master's degree preferred.
• 7+ years in Operations Manager/GM roles for multi-location org.
• Leadership in multi-site healthcare or veterinary environments.
• Strong financial, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Experience managing budgets, GAAP, HR compliance, and vendor relations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple Animal ONE hospitals.
• Ensure policies, SOPs, and standards are consistently applied.
• Monitor KPIs and financial performance across sites.
• Supervise Office Managers and Practice Managers and coach staff.
• Oversee HR processes, hiring, evaluation, and development.
• Manage vendor contracts and construction projects when needed.
