Job summary

Alliance Animal Health is seeking a Regional Manager of Operations, Mid-South, to lead a diverse network of specialty, emergency, and urgent-care hospitals across Tennessee and neighboring states.

You will partner with Practice Managers, Hospital Administrators, and Medical Directors to improve daily operations, drive financial performance, and develop hospital leaders, while maintaining the individual culture of each hospital.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive veterinary hospital operations experience.
• 2+ years multisite leadership experience.
• Strong financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting, and expense control.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively across the region.
• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, veterinary management, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational oversight and support for multiple hospitals in the Mid-South region.
• Collaborate with hospital leadership to improve workflows, staffing, patient access, and performance.
• Develop and execute budgets, forecasts, and financial improvement plans.
• Coach and mentor Practice Managers and department leaders to strengthen leadership and business skills.
• Partner with HR and Talent Acquisition on recruiting, retention, and staffing strategies.
• Support regional growth initiatives and hospital integrations across markets.
