Bradford Park Animal Hospital is seeking an Operations Manager to lead our expanding team on site. You will work with the Managing Veterinarian to ensure efficient, profitable hospital operations and superior client care.

The role focuses on driving revenue, controlling costs, and cultivating a culture of service excellence. Regular on-site presence is essential to supervise staff and maintain high standards in patient care and client experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3–5 years' managerial experience.
• Experience in hospital/retail/service settings a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the hospital P&L and drive revenue growth.
• Collaborate with regional leadership to forecast needs.
• Manage accounts receivable and hospital costs.
• Oversee inventory, payroll, labor scheduling, and cost controls.
• Lead staff to improve patient care and client service.
• Implement new technologies to improve operational efficiency.
• Foster a positive hospital culture and client experience.
