Job summary

East Brook Animal Hospital is seeking a Hospital Manager to join our on-site leadership team. You will collaborate with the Managing Veterinarian to ensure efficient, profitable operations, driving revenue, controlling costs, and fostering a culture of exceptional patient care and client service.

The role requires regular on-site presence and strong leadership to manage staff, schedules, and hospital processes. Bachelor’s degree in business and 3–5 years in a managerial setting are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3–5 years in a managerial role, including customer service experience.
• Experience in hospital/retail/service-based settings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own P&L and hospital performance.
• Collaborate with regional leadership on trends and needs.
• Manage hospital inventory, payroll, and labor costs.
