GoodVets is seeking an experienced Hospital Operations Manager to be the operational heartbeat of the hospital. You will oversee daily operations, staffing, inventory, and reporting, while driving performance and a culture of excellence in veterinary care and client experiences.

You will hire, train, and coach team members, create work schedules, and deliver monthly performance insights. The role emphasizes leadership, compliance, and delivering high-quality care in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Three+ years in veterinary medicine with progressive responsibilities.
• Leadership and coaching experience to build high-performing teams.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced skills in managing schedules, budgets, and client experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily hospital operations and ensure standards.
• Create and maintain accurate work schedules.
• Hire, train, and onboard new team members and set performance expectations.
• Prepare monthly reports on performance, staffing, margins, and trends.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching for growth.
• Monitor inventory, ordering, and cost control.
• Support doctors, staff, and clients with clarity and professionalism.
