Job summary

Mountain View Veterinary Hospital in Vancouver, WA, part of the PetVet Care Centers network, seeks a Hospital Manager to lead the hospital support team and partner with the Veterinarian to drive efficient operations and excellent client service.

The role focuses on managing labor, costs, revenue, and compliance while supporting a culture of compassionate, high‑quality care for pets and their families.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in business, health science or related field.
• Minimum five years of direct office management experience, including two years supervisory.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and office software; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff across all hospital support departments and meet labor goals.
• Hire and train office and technical clinic staff; manage new hire paperwork.
• Orient and train new clinic staff to hospital operations.
• Review performance, provide feedback, and discuss with Regional Manager weekly.
• Manage daily operations, budgets, and scheduling; ensure compliance.
• Oversee billing, vendor invoices, and inventory control.
