Job summary

PetVet Care Centers is seeking a General Practice Hospital Manager in Redmond, OR to lead hospital operations, clinical outcomes, and team performance. This role partners with the Medical Director to drive client-focused care and outstanding patient experiences.

You will oversee finances, compliance, staff development, and daily hospital functions within a Culture of CARE, delivering the Ultimate Care Experience for pets and clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, health sciences, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of five years of practice, healthcare, hospitality, or service‑oriented operations.
• Management experience, including at least two years of direct people leadership responsibility.
• CVPM, MHA, or other relevant certification or advanced degree preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and practice management or related business systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead hospital operations and staff to ensure safe, efficient care and a positive client experience.
• Oversee client flow, scheduling, and service delivery with attention to customer satisfaction and feedback.
• Monitor compliance with hospital records, OSHA, and safety programs; update procedures as needed.
• Manage hospital finances, budgets, productivity, and profitability with leadership oversight.
• Champion marketing initiatives, community relationships, and hospital growth.
• Lead regular hospital team meetings, maintain clear communication, and uphold the Culture of CARE.
