Job summary

North Boulder Companion Animal Hospital, part of PetVet Care Centers, seeks a Hospital Manager to lead daily operations and build an efficient, trusted team focused on high-quality patient care and customer service.

You will partner with the Veterinarian to drive revenue, manage costs, and cultivate a culture of care that supports staff and clients alike. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, health science or related field preferred.
• Minimum five years of direct office management experience, including at least two years of supervisory experience.
• Ability to provide customer service in a courteous, prompt, and efficient manner.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and related software.

Responsibilities

• Supervises staff within all hospital support departments; achieves and maintains labor goals.
• Hires and trains office and technical clinic staff; handles new hire paperwork.
• Trains new clinic staff to the hospital and duties.
• Reviews work performance and delivers feedback; discusses with Regional Manager weekly.
• Manages schedules for technical and administrative staff; coordinates with the DVM.
