Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, health science or related field preferred.
• Five years of direct office management experience with supervisory experience.
• Ability to provide courteous, prompt customer service.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and related software.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervises staff across hospital support departments and meets labor goals.
• Hires, trains, orients, and documents new staff; conducts appraisals.
• Manages schedules and coordinates with the DVM for operations.
• Oversees budgeting, purchasing, and facility maintenance.
• Ensures compliance with licensing and local regulations.
• Reviews revenue, labor, and vendor invoices weekly with leadership.
