North Main Animal Hospital is seeking a Veterinary Hospital Manager to lead a dedicated team and drive top-level patient care and client service. The role focuses on profitability, operational excellence, and a collaborative culture with hands-on, on-site leadership.

You will oversee hospital operations, manage costs, and work closely with the Managing Veterinarian to ensure sustainable growth and exceptional client experiences. This is an in-person leadership role at our Royal Oak, MI location.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree preferred in business or related field.
• 3-5 years of managerial experience, including customer service.
• Experience in a hospital, retail, or service-based industry setting is a plus.
• Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 annually, DOE.

• Complete ownership of P&L and responsible for hospital performance.
• Collaborate with regional leadership to identify trends and forecast needs.
• Manage accounts receivable and payroll for hospital staff.
• Oversee inventory and control facility and administrative costs.
• Develop hospital schedule and manage labor costs.
• Lead the hospital team to improve processes and workflows across client service, operations, and admin tasks.
