The Hospital Manager collaborates with the Managing Veterinarian to drive revenue, manage costs, and foster a culture of excellence. Regular on-site presence is essential to support staff and clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
• 3-5 years of managerial experience, including customer service.
• Experience in a hospital, retail, or service-based setting with increasing responsibility is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the hospital P&L and drive overall performance.
• Collaborate with regional leadership to forecast needs and identify trends.
• Manage accounts receivable and control costs.
• Oversee inventory, labor scheduling, and payroll for staff.
• Lead process improvements and promote best practices across the team.
• Ensure top-tier client service and patient care with in-person leadership.
