The ideal candidate will pair veterinary technical experience with strong business acumen, with CVT credentials preferred and a track record of leading teams in a veterinary setting.

Qualifications

• Candidate must combine business acumen with hands-on veterinary experience.
• CVT credentials preferred.
• Leadership experience in veterinary settings is required.

Responsibilities

• Providing operational oversight of the hospital and daily workflow.
• Leading and developing our technician and client service teams.
• Managing financial performance, budgets, payroll, inventory, and KPIs.
• Supporting business development and hospital growth initiatives.
• Monitoring client satisfaction and strengthening client loyalty.
• Training and coaching team members to deliver exceptional client service.
• Collaborating with doctors and department leaders to support patient care and operations.
• Recruiting, onboarding, developing, and retaining top talent.
