Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a Hospital Operations Manager, Medical Office Manager or similar role strongly preferred.
• Three plus years in veterinary medicine with progressive responsibilities.
• Experience training and mentoring/developing others.

Responsibilities

• Lead all daily hospital operations
• Ensure compliance with all operating standards and requirements
• Prepare monthly reports on hospital performance and staffing needs.
