GoodVets is seeking a Hospital Operations Manager to act as the operational heartbeat of the hospital, running day-to-day activities, staffing and scheduling, inventory, compliance, and reporting to meet performance, financial, and client-experience targets.

You will hire, train, onboard new team members, prepare monthly performance reports, conduct reviews, manage inventory and costs, and support doctors, staff, and clients with clarity and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a Hospital Operations Manager or similar leadership role in veterinary settings.
