• 2-3 years previous experience in veterinary practice or 2+ years of strong leadership experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to make decisions, delegate tasks and drive results with hospital partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead hospital paraprofessionals to drive operational excellence and patient care.
• Coordinate scheduling with veterinarians and staff to maintain smooth operations.
• Oversee hiring, training, reviewing, counseling and performance of paraprofessional partners.
• Review P&L and partner with leadership to meet revenue targets and control costs.
• Interface with store team to ensure a seamless client and patient experience.
