Job summary

Lakefield Veterinary Group is seeking a hospital operations leader to drive performance of a veterinary hospital. You will oversee business, HR, financial, and operational activities and partner with the Medical Director to ensure an excellent, profitable practice.

You will supervise hospital staff, recruit and develop talent, and build relationships with local practices to market the hospital, while ensuring compliance with laws and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• AA or Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of operations, financial and facilities management, and/or HR experience.
• Experience leading a large team preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee business and staff functions including HR, finances, operations.
• Partner with Medical Director to drive a culture of excellence and profitability.
• Manage hospital staff scheduling and performance, and mentor team members.
• Develop marketing programs and community relationships to grow the practice.
