Job summary

Lake Olympia Animal Hospital is seeking an experienced Veterinary Hospital Manager to oversee operations, staff, and financial performance. The role emphasizes leadership across HR, finance, and administrative functions within a multi-doctor veterinary practice.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of management experience in a veterinary or healthcare setting, strong communication skills, and the ability to drive a collaborative, high-performing team while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in operations, financial and facilities management and/or Human Resources
• Experience in hospital management role within veterinary or human health industry
• Experience leading a large team of individuals preferred
• Bachelor's Degree or AA in related field or equivalent work experience
