Job summary

Swift Creek Animal Hospital is seeking a Veterinary Hospital Manager to lead on-site operations, profitability, and team culture. You will drive revenue, manage costs, and ensure top-tier patient care and client service within a collaborative team environment.

The role requires in-person, on-site leadership with a focus on operational excellence and strategic staffing to support growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in a managerial role, including customer service experience.
• Experience in a hospital, retail, or service-based industry setting with increased responsibility is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the hospital P&L and drive performance.
• Collaborate with regional leadership to forecast needs.
• Manage accounts receivable and control costs.
• Oversee inventory and payroll for staff.
• Develop schedules and manage labor costs.
• Promote best practices and lead process improvements.
• Lead client service, operations, and administrative workflows.
• Implement new technologies and initiatives to boost efficiency.
• Establish and drive hospital culture.
• Track licensure for all DVMs and support staff.
