Job summary

Swift Creek Animal Hospital & Pet Resort is seeking a Veterinary Hospital Manager to lead a growing team and drive hospital performance. This role focuses on top-tier patient care, outstanding client service, and profitability, with an emphasis on staff development and cross-functional collaboration.

Regular on-site attendance is required as you partner with the Managing Veterinarian to oversee operations, finances, and culture.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in a managerial role, including customer service experience.
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own P&L and hospital performance.
• Collaborate with regional leadership to forecast needs.
• Manage accounts receivable and hospital costs.
• Oversee inventory, payroll, scheduling, and labor costs.
• Drive processes, technologies, and best practices to improve efficiency.
• Maintain licensures for all DVMs and ensure top-notch client service.
