Swift Creek Animal Hospital & Pet Resort is seeking a Veterinary Hospital Manager to lead daily operations, ensuring premier patient care and exceptional client service.

As Hospital Manager, you will own the hospital's P&L, oversee staff scheduling and payroll, manage inventory, and drive process improvements while maintaining a compassionate, collaborative team culture through on-site leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in a managerial role, including customer service experience.
• Experience in a hospital, retail, or service-based industry setting with increased responsibility is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own P&L and be accountable for the hospital's performance.
• Collaborate with regional leadership to forecast needs.
• Manage accounts receivable and payroll.
• Oversee inventory and control costs.
• Develop hospital scheduling and labor cost management.
• Champion change and promote best practices.
• Lead the hospital team to improve processes across client service, operations, and admin.
• Implement new technologies to improve operational efficiency.
• Establish and drive the hospital culture.
• Maintain licensures for all DVMs.
• Provide feedback and handle challenging conversations.
