Animal Care Center of Carters Creek seeks a visionary Veterinary Hospital Manager to lead its 6-doctor practice through growth and transformation. This role partners with the Medical Director and regional leadership to drive operating success and staff development.

You will manage budgets, hire and coach teams, and oversee compliance, equipment, and client relations, fostering a positive culture and high-level care.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership, business management, or operations management experience required.
• Veterinary hospital management experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree and CVPM and/or LVMT strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor hospital performance, budgets, payroll and financial ops.
• Ensure compliant operations and oversee scheduling and staffing.
• Collaborate with Medical Director on clinical operations and growth.
