A Country Vet seeks a Hospital Manager to provide on-site leadership and operational oversight for our hospital, partnering closely with the Chief of Staff and Regional Leadership to deliver exceptional patient care, client service, and team support.

This role blends leadership, operational execution, and business management to drive growth and ensure a smoothly run, high‑performing hospital in a fast-paced, team‑oriented setting.

Qualifications

• Leadership or management experience required.
• Veterinary, medical, or service industry experience strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to lead teams (10+ employees).
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Financial acumen and comfort working with metrics/KPIs.
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic environment.
