Lakefield Veterinary Group is seeking a Hospital Administrator in Training to learn from experienced veterinary leaders and help drive the success of our hospitals. You’ll help to create a positive, high performing environment where pets receive exceptional care and teams thrive.

You will gain exposure to hospital operations, business development, HR management, and regulatory compliance in a busy clinical setting while supporting staff development and organizational growth.

Formación

• AA or Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of experience in veterinary operations and/or human resources.
• One year of leadership experience in a hospital management role within the veterinary or human health industry.

Responsabilidades

• Support a collaborative, high-performing workplace culture.
• Learn to manage hospital operations including business development, financials, and HR management.
• Assist with strategic business development and operational planning.
• Assist in coaching, mentoring and training of staff and performance management.
• Participate in recruitment and onboarding, and orient staff on policies and procedures.
• Build relationships with local practices, vendors, and community leaders to market the practice.
• Help create and track marketing programs to support goals and ensure compliance
• Assist in HR issues and ensure legal compliance.
• Help manage facilities and equipment maintenance.
