Lakefield Veterinary Group is seeking a Hospital Administrator in Training to learn from experienced leaders and help drive hospital success. You'll help create a high-performing environment where pets receive exceptional care and teams thrive.

This role develops operations, business development, HR, and marketing skills, with opportunities to mentor staff, coordinate recruitment, and ensure regulatory compliance. On-site positions may require flexible hours.

Formación

• AA or Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years in veterinary operations and/or human resources.
• Leadership experience in hospital management preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Champion our core values and foster a positive, collaborative workplace culture.
• Assist with hospital operations including business development and HR management.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, mentoring and performance management.
• Collaborate with Area Manager to market the practice and implement marketing procedures.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and safety regulations.
